The promotion will be advertised via TV, Radio, Social/Digital Media, Instore displays, and point-of-purchase messaging, with support advertisement of printed adverts, posters (in participating stores – these will be labeled), trade display, pre-event execution, flyers, and Scan and WhatsApp for the promotion period June 2nd, 2026, through to July 18, 2026.

The Mechanics, rules and conditions for the promotion are as follows:

· The promotion will run from June 2nd, 2026, to July 18th at Midnight, 2026.

How To Enter:

· Entry Option 1: Customers can Scan The Score Barcode*, to www.scorewithsunshinesnacks.com , completed the required fields and upload a photo of an official receipts with proof of purchases of $1000* or more in value of Sunshine Products with and complete the entry information via our Website to include- Name, Parish, Contact Number and optional IG handle. No Drop or Mail in entry will be allowed. * Barcodes will be promoted in Stores, Media, Online and via Posters.

· Entry Option 2: Customer can fill out Text Score to [1-876 -875-9916] with all required details; Name, Parish, Contact Number and optional IG handle as well as Contact Number via our WATSAPP and follow the prompt to include- Name, Date of Birth- D.O.B, Address, Parish, Contact Number and optional IG handle. No Product Images Uploads or Mail in entry will be allowed.

WhatsApp message will be: ‘Thank you for entering the Sunshine Snacks SCORE TO WIN Promotions – Congratulations you are (Week No.) winner of (Name of Prize) prize number _1, 2,3 or 4. A representative of Sunshine Snacks will call you directly for collection time and date. #SCOREWITHSUNSHINE.’

· Method: The live draws and prizes are based on the order of draw – Order of Prizes: The first draw- Prize number four (4), second draw- Prize number three (3), third draw prize Number two [ 2) and fourth draw is prize number One [ 1].

· Grand Prize Winners must be 18 Years and Older, Not Allergic to Sunshine Snacks range of Cheese, Corn Chips, or Nuts range as Consumption Photo -Ops are required, able to attend and take up all activities included in the advertised experience by the brand. – Prizes and experiences are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash (excluding cash prizes).

· Method of contact for All Prizes: For redemption, winners will be announced on Instagram via the @sunshinesnacksja page and notified via Telephone calls as well as SMS /WhatsApp messages. Sunshine Snacks/ Confectionery & Snacks (Jamaica) Ltd will make up to Six (6) attempts to contact the winners as well as the winning texts during the Ninety-Six (96) hours post live announcement for redemption and collection of prize item.

· Grand Prize Package Handover: The grand prize will be handed over by Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, at 3pm at Confectionery and Snacks Ja Ltd, Lot 21 & 22 Cookson Avenue, Portmore, St. Catherine.

· Prize Claim: Winners must be 18 years and older to claim prizes. A valid pictorial ID is required for collection – Voter’s ID, Drivers Licence, Passport, School or Work ID. All qualified entrants can enter as many times as they wish during the promotional period- No limit on the number of entries based on purchases with new receipts; Customers are allowed to win more than once base on entries.

· All prizes announced must be claimed by Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, unless other arrangements have been made by Confectionery & Snacks (Jamaica) Ltd. All unclaimed prizes will be retained by the company; confectionery and Snacks (Jamaica) Ltd.
